Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
Spark Books does not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used under CCPA/CPRA. There is therefore no sale or share for us to turn off — your opt-out is already honoured by our business model.
Email us at support@sparkbooks.co.uk with the subject "Do not sell or share" and the email on your account. We will confirm we do not sell or share your data and help with any related privacy request (access, correction, or deletion).
